Key Responsibilities

  • Perform receptionist duties and general administration support to internal and external parties (e.g. guests & visitors) in courteous and professional manner including greeting and serving, incoming calls handling
  • Arrange hotel & dormitory accommodation, and transportation in response to the requests from colleagues and guests
  • Issue & manage access cards (staff card and guest card) and prepare attendance reports
  • Handle name card ordering, includes artwork preparation, communicate with supplier and distributing to respective colleagues
  • Support mail room duties and tidy up meeting rooms & showrooms when necessary
  • Assist in event management, data entry, document filing and invoices checking
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 8:30am to 6:30pm


Requirements

  • DSE or above or equivalent
  • With experience performing receptionist duties
  • Good interpersonal skills with enthusiastic attitude
  • Proficient on MS Word and Excel
  • Excellent command of both written & spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin
