Job Responsibilities
  • Manage external and internal communication and drive marketing activities in alignment to TAL Apparel brand
  • Guide the development of branding strategy. Ensure effective execution of the branding strategy in all communications including but not limited to TAL website, TAL newsletter, sales collaterals, marketing materials, etc.
  • Manage PR partners and media relations to ensure appropriate TAL’s market presence. Develop marketing events to establish/strengthen TAL’s brand as appropriate
  • Develop marketing strategy on new products from selling concepts to visual selling toolkit development - including but not limited to video, trade mark registration, marketing collaterals, etc.
  • Drive effective internal communication to promote Company brand and keep key stakeholders updated on the latest company development and/or new products
  • Handle ad hoc projects and assignments e.g. company anniversary initiatives, customer presentations, corporate gifts, etc.
 
 
Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree holder preferably in marketing or visual design.
  • At 8 years relevant working experience in a similar capacity, experience in apparel industry (manufacturing/ retail) is a plus
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills;
  • Excellent visual graphic design skills
  • A self-starter with can-do attitude and a creative mindset
  • Fluent in Cantonese and English; Mandarin advantageous
