Replenishment Solutions Executive

The incumbent is accountable for customer relationships management, to understand customer requirements and propose the best solutions and services that bring benefits to customers in the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform both demand and supply forecast planning for customers

• Execute and monitor replenishment planning and achieve KPIs set with customers

• Perform and present data analysis on cost and benefits and performance report for customers and internal management review

• Develop new replenishment solutions for customers by working with sales team and factories

• Prepare materials and tools to support the promotion of supply chain replenishment services

• Signal problems / opportunities in supply chain, propose and implement improvement plan

Requirements

• University graduate in business disciplines, e.g. Supply Chain / Operation Management / Business Management discipline • 2-3 years of experience preferably in supply and demand planning

• Independent and self-motivated, with ability to deliver results under pressure and under changing priorities

• Good presentation, influencing, communication and interpersonal skills with different parties at all levels

• Analytical, meticulous-minded and thorough, with good diagnostic, planning and organizational skills

• Good working experience with Microsoft Office especially with Excel and Power Point

• Proficiency in both spoken and written in English and Chinese is required; fluent in Mandarin
