We are devoted to developing effective organization structures, clear position profiles and open lines of communication that provide colleagues with the clarity they need to develop trust and work collaboratively to reach organizational goals.

Our managerial leaders have a clear understanding of the company’s vision and mission, and are well-equipped to motivate and inspire their teams to achieve shared objectives. In 2022-23, we committed over 5,000 man hours to leadership training for managers and executives.

FUNCTIONAL SKILLED KNOWLEDGE (FSK)

Our customized Functional Skilled Knowledge (FSK) programs provide the opportunities for continuous learning that are essential for individuals to perform at a high level and remain competitive in today’s rapidly evolving business environment.

Our Train-the-Trainer process enables our subject matter experts to develop into trainers, further contributing to their own development and TAL’s success.

In 2022, over 216,000 hours of FSK training were provided to ensure that our employees attain the technical capabilities required for TAL to sustain our success as a world-class manufacturer.
